In conjunction with Anne Arundel County, the Central East ATTC is hosting a webinar to address Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) and the best practices for prescribing. Buprenorphine will be one of the medications discussed during this presentation. Recent federal changes no longer require a waiver for providers to prescribe Buprenorphine so this training is for educational purposes only.

- Learn the waves of the current Opioid Epidemic.
- Understand how the MATE ACT 2022 should help.
- Learn the FDA-approved drugs for Opioid Use Disorder.
- Learn about methods of Harm reduction.
TARGET AUDIENCE
We would like to welcome MOUD prescribers, nurse practitioners, case managers, social workers, and other providers in hopes to increase the number of active MOUD prescribers and increase the knowledge, understanding, and value of MOUD treatment.
