The Veterans Treatment Court Grant Program notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) was released on March 18th, 2026. This NOFO provides federal funding to support the planning, implementation, and enhancement of veterans treatment courts that serve justice-involved veterans with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and traumatic brain injury. Applicants must complete a two-step submission process; more information is available starting on page 14 of the NOFO.
