The Family Treatment Court Program notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) was released on March 19, 2026. This NOFO will support state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to establish new, enhance existing, or implement statewide or countywide family treatment courts to ensure the provision of substance use treatment and other services that improve child, parent, and family outcomes. Family treatment court grantees will provide services that address the entire family’s needs, including direct services to children of parents served in this program. Applicant proposals must specifically include the provision of treatment, recovery, and other support services that address opioid, stimulant, and other substance use reduction.
