The Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) was released on March 19, 2026. This NOFO will support states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to implement new and enhance existing juvenile drug treatment courts (JDTCs) to improve outcomes for youth with substance use disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
