All Rise’s Justice for Vets is partnering with the New York Health Foundation to conduct a virtual training program on legislation designed to provide statewide access to veterans treatment courts (VTCs). Training topics will include the importance of VTCs, the nature and scope of veteran trauma, New York’s VTC transfer legislation, and other important topics related to serving justice-involved veterans.
