Treatment Courts Dashboard

The interactive treatment courts dashboard provides an overview of treatment courts across the United States by court type and location (state/territory and county levels) as of December 31, 2025. In addition, data from four sources are available alongside court count data:

• U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey (ACS)
• FBI National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS)
• Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
• Annie E. Casey Foundation KIDS COUNT
